new work trousers (dropped a size)

food still going fine, following the diet plan, keeping mind what my trainer said about fruit (not to eat at night as its sugar and will turn to fat if not used for energy).

friends and family are being quite supportive listening to me bang on about protein, squats, sprints etc

I had a really good feeling at work, my trousers have been a bit loose for a while (since I gave up choc) and now they are flapping and look awful so I've ordered a smaller size, that was a great feeling.

I can notice a slight improvement in my tummy, when I stand up its much flatter but obviously when I sit down the spare tyre is still there!!!! work in progress.

training tonight was soooooo hard, the only good thing was that it was a little drier and not so muddy. I still struggle with every exercise but I do try. on the sprints I really tried to keep up and always pushed my self to run faster on the way back, all except the last one I had nothing left to give. I could  hardly walk after but everyone is very supportive, a couple of girls we have got to know quite well and had a quick chat and a laugh on the way home.

I am going to ache tomorrow
