A teeny bit of improvement? ??

Todays session was hard but I found it a little bit more manageable than Wednesday.  Wednesday i thought I was going to die tonight I thought I was going to be sick.......so that's an improvement haha
my right leg is really hurting but hopefuly with rest it will be better by Monday.
Im still finding the diet plan ok and enjoing putting clean healthy food into my body. The key is to plan what to eat in advance.
So this is the end of the second week. Half way there, although I am going to sign up for the next course. Ive come to realise I will have to do this long term a) to get the results and b) to maintain once im happy with the results as im worried that if I stop it will all go wrong.
