Felt really down and peed off with all this diet and training over the last few days, I am following the diet strictly and don't seem to be getting any where, yet my friend who is not being so strict has clearly lost weight and looks good, and I found out that our training buddy has eaten choc. I know everyone is different and I just need to concentrate on my self but I just find it annoying.
My work colleague complimented me on my appearance today and one of the girls from training said my face has changed so that made me feel better, my mum hasn't seen me since I started training so I hope she will notice the difference.
Training tonight was really good, no sprints but one long (ish) run.....I can deal with that, some new exercises, our trainer likes to mix it up. so I walked home feeling quite good, usually I crawl home a big red, sweaty mess!!
So I'm feeling positive that I am beginning to like all this training or it could just be a one off.
