food diary week 2

Sunday 14th (cheat meal)
  • 4 ryvita
  • apple
  • roast chicken, roast potato veg (couldn't eat it all)
Monday 15th (training day)
  • half a wholemeal bagel, peanut butter
  • chicken salad sandwich
  • apple
  • chicken and ham omelet with broccoli and green beans
Tuesday 16th
  • 2 poached eggs on toast
  • prawn salad
  • nuts
  • turkey, suede and carrot mash, beans and broccoli

Wednesday 17th (training day)

  • special k and banana
  • salmon, 3 baby potatoes, broccoli, asparagus, green beans
  • chicken and spinach
Thursday 18th

  • 2 poached eggs on toast
  • Chicken salad
  • Chicken and veg casserole

Friday 19th
  • Peanut butter on multi grain toast
  • Chicken and veg soup
  • Chicken and spinach   

  • Saturday 20th
  • 2 poached eggs on multi seed toast
  • Chicken and veg soup
  •  Baby bel light
  • Chicken salad
