great day

great day, all goals completed. 10000 steps great eating and a fitness training session.
porridge for breakfast tried a new topping apple and cinnamon not too keen. also tried another new thing.... bounce protein ball. was very nice.
lunch was egg on toast.  dry fried egg gf bread.
dinner was turkey mince Shepard pie made with sweet potato mash. was so nice, and made extra for tomorrows lunch. forward planning really helps. water intake was better today too and tummy settled a tiny bit. so all in all a good day.
