Starting week 1 again but month 2

Now that I've completed my first month of this hard yet rewarding journey I prob won't blog so much. I will Deffo keep up the food diary as that really helps me. And add the odd photo now and again.

I am oddly looking forward to the next course, seeing new friends and meeting the newbies (I will know exactly how they feel) and hoping that my fitness has improved a Tinsy bit so that I don't struggle so much.  I can't wait to see results at  the end of the month another 7lb would be fantastic.
Went shopping and it's just second nature now to buy 3 million chicken breast, dozens of eggs and loads of veg and I actually don't like putting treats in the trolly for the rest of the family.
