end of month 2

well this month has gone quickly, still training 3 times a week. my eating has gone off track this last week so I am dreading the weigh in tomorrow.

I have signed up to run the Eastbourne 5k on sunday which I now think I will struggle to do as I have been having trouble with my calf muscle, I saw a motto today that I shall adopt "no matter how slow you go, you're still lapping everybody sitting on the sofa" I will do my best and as there are about 40 fellow cfuk members running too there will be great support.

I recently got a bike and have been enjoying bike rides, the furthest I have been so far is 12 miles which im  quite chuft at.

my clothes are so loose now I need to go shopping, I did try on a pair of size 12 jeans that have been lurking in the back of my wardrobe and was happy to get them on and done up!!!! I had a huge muffin top (more like a Victoria sandwich lol) but I was pleased none the less.

oh and I had to rush home in a panic to sign up for next months training after I heard there was only a few spaces left, I never thought I would be like that.
