mud mud glorious mud

Still following the diet plan, getting used to it now although might start clucking soon with the amount of chicken I have eaten.
Went out with the kids today and normally we would eat out, but I didn't want to be in the position of not having what I needed to eat on the menu, so I made my tuna sandwich and took it with me.

Just before our training session started the rain came down, we saw the state of the previous class and we presumed ours would get called off. When we saw other members arrive we realised that we would be training in the mud and rain. It was dreadful, the mud weighed us down (although my back was kept warm with the thick layer of mud on my jacket) my glasses where covered  and I couldn't see so took them off and still couldn't see!! we had a laugh though and although it was much much harder in the mud I could feel I was improving on some of the exercises. obviously I'm still struggling but I felt I was doing a couple more moves before I had to stop or I could lift my leg a bit higher, still no improvement on press ups but I am hoping that will come soon.
We were plastered from head to toe in mud, wet and cold but I still had the same buzz afterwards and felt so good.
Got chatting to some other members and we had to go around the circuit in fours, we had a laugh and as we are all there for the same reason we instantly have something in common. Chris the trainer explains everything and when I did things wrong he would come over and show me again. He shouts encouraging comments and always tells someone if they are doing a good job, he also has a laugh which is essential.
I keep forgetting I'm only on day 3 and its just become my way of life, I've made a new routine that I'm surprisingly sticking to, and have found it quite easy. I have not eaten one thing I shouldn't and for me that is amazing.
I'm so glad I joined CFUK as I would never never have done this otherwise, obviously I have a long way to go but right now I'm feeling so positive and happy.
