day 1

started day with scrambled egg on toast but minus butter and ketchup so it was very dry and I didn't really enjoy it.
for lunch I had jacket potato, tuna and salad with light dressing and light mayo. I was so full up and really enjoyed it.
I had a protein snack of almonds and grapes at 5pm, I had also drank over 2 litres of water which is un heard of for me.

the time came for the first session and we were both nervous, we chatted to a few girls and it was their first time too, so that made us feel better. we jogged as a warm up and then started the circuits there were about 10 different stations of push ups, weights, squats, sprints etc and we worked for about 2 minutes on each and went around 3 times. I found it hard at times and struggled to breathe but we managed to have a laugh, everyone was friendly and I quite enjoyed it.
I was buzzing by the time I got home and felt really good. I ran a nice hot bath and put my chicken in the oven, after my soak I ate my protein dinner of chicken breast, broccoli and asparagus it was really tasty and I was satisfied.
my legs are starting to ache now and im wondering if ill be able to walk tomorrow!!!!!!
