Enjoyed the time away, relaxed but kept active too. Went swimming, rode a bike, lots of walking. Food wasn't too bad as I went prepared the only thing I did wrong was have carbs with evening meal and had some of mums birthday cake. So I think that is not too bad (my trainer may say otherwise). I am oddly looking forward to training later but thinking it will be hard as I missed Friday's session. Oh well soon find out!!
