what have i done????

I have told a few people about the commando fitness, my brother who is very focused on training and fitness was very supportive and encouraging, but I am getting increasingly worried. 2 years ago I trained for 2 5k runs so I know I can run although I haven't ran in a very long time its the strength and stamina I am concerned about. I cant do push ups and I can just about manage 100 sit ups. I have to start with an open mind and be positive, like I keep saying to my self I've got nothing to lose.....apart from weight, and maybe a little dignity along the way.

I'm really hoping I will get bitten by the fitness bug and I will learn to enjoy it and get hooked. I can only wait and see , have to get through the first session though.

I'm also worried about the diet plan, as although I'm still keeping off the chocolate I have let a few bad things creep in, so its going to be a real shock as I presume the diet will be high protein low carb and no sugar!!!!!! ARRRRRRGH
