Chicken 1/2 jacket (away for weekend, so went a little off track here)

Egg on toast

Chicken ribs rice salad
Cake

Sunday
Egg bacon sausage toast
Gourmet burger chips
Cake (mums birthday)

don't think this is too bad for a weekend away celebrating my mums birthday, although my trainer may not agree !!
