today I received my email with details of the weigh in and first session along with the diet plan, I was worried before now I'm absolutely scared to death. How the heck am I going to eat all this protein and so little anything else, low carb no sugar. I mean who wants to eat tuna for breakfast? anyway enough whinging, all the theories are so true when you think about it. it is a science - increase muscle to increase metabolism to reduce fat, it all makes sense. I used to think my brother was crazy eating chicken breast after chicken breast and tin after tin of tuna with protein shakes, now I understand why.
the sample meal plans are
on a training day (mon wed fri)
8am 3 scrambled egg wholemeal toast
midday tuna jacket potato
4pm protein shake banana
after training chicken breast spinach
non training day (tue thur sat sun)
8am peanut butter on toast
midday chicken broccoli
4pm protein shake
7pm steak salad
its going to be so hard, but I have to give it my best shot.
